Bicuspid
Etymology:
L. bi-: "two" + L. cuspis: “point, apex”
Definition:
Having two points or prominences; ending in two points; said of teeth, leaves, fruit, etc. In medicine, often used in reference to the bicuspid valve of the heart (synonymous with mitral valve): the valve (composed of two leaflets) that divides the left atrium and left ventricle of the heart.
